2013 Wei Chi Semillon - Luchsinger Vineyard - Lake Country, California  

Harvested 16 September, 2013.

The fruit was crushed by foot and then pressed. Fermentation was predominantly in concrete egg with indigenous yeast. The wine aged in a mix of tank and old oak before bottling in August, 2014.

Harvested 29 August, 2014

The fruit was crushed by foot and then pressed. Fermentation was entirely in stainless steel tank with indigenous yeast. The wine aged in a mix of tank and old oak before bottling in March, 2015.

10.9% alcohol

2015 Wei Chi Semillon - Luchsinger Vineyard - Lake Country, California

Harvested 20 August, 2015

The semillon went direct to press as whole bunches. Fermentation of the free run was in stainless steel tank with the tail end of the press cycle fermenting in small stainless steel barrels. Two thirds of the resulting wine will age in stainless steel, with the remaining third in neutral french oak until bottling early 2016.

Harvested 22 September, 2012.

The wine was crushed by foot and then pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Stored in a mix of tank and old oak before bottling in May, 2013.
